Stated simply; if you are not 100% percent satisfied with your purchase, you may return you order for 100% refund.
We deeply believe in the products we offer at the shop; each one we decide to carry has been voted on by our staff. If we don’t have a unanimous decision to carry any particular product, we won’t carry it. Customer Service is of the utmost importance to us, and we believe in building a loyal customer base, rather than offering some bunk products that you don’t like, never to return.
In all honesty, our customers are FAR more important to us than a single botched order as well. Refunds will be offered for all reasons including you being unhappy with any of your products, defective products, wrong quantity, wrong item shipped and/or freight damage, but NOT for failing to read our Terms & Conditions. Refunds are issued to the card used to purchase or to the address and name from which a money order was sent.
The only fine print we have:
• If it’s NOT an error on our part, amount refunded is minus original shipping charges.
• At least 90% of the product must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of product.
• Call us for credit card disputes; NOT your Credit Card company; we can resolve any issue.
• We do not ship anything to AUSTRALIA or MEXICO, and if we ship to BRAZIL, it’s at your own risk!
