Where’s My Backordered Product?

We do our absolute best to notate products that are out of stock or on backorder, but with over 2,000 products, we can sometimes miss notating a product or two. If you happen to have an order where one of your products are on backorder, rest assured that you are NOT forgotten, and that the moment your product arrives, it will ship, at our expense, that same day.

We are meticulous with our Backorder List, and have never missed a backorder yet, after over 250,000 orders. If your product seems to be taking a long time to come back in, simply check the product on the website for the best estimate we have as to when it will be back in stock.

We do our best to have every item we offer in stock all the time, but every once in a while, a shipment gets delayed in customs, or a package takes an extra-long time in transit. Postal service is not uniform or equally reliable throughout the world, and although we do our best to offer dates when something does happen to go out of stock, the best answer we can offer is that your item(s) are due to arrive in about a week.

If you do not wish to wait any longer, we completely understand, and you can let us know what it is you would like to do. We can make a substitute if you wish, you can ask for a refund, or we can keep the product on backorder and ship it out, free of charge to you, the moment it arrives.

ALSO: If you are missing a product from your order, and it doesn’t indicate that it’s on backorder on your account, please contact us. There are rare occasions where our Order Packers forget a product in your order (it’s rare but it can happen), so simply notify us and we will ship that missing product out the same day, shipping on us, of course.
