In short, though, they are considered “gray area” products, and we stay as far away from products that are not completely clear as to their legality as possible. We support individuals rights to have access to whatever plants they wish to, especialy ones with rich shamanic traditions, but we fight hard enough to offer the products we presently offer, without the added stress and strain or fighting the FDA on these products as well.
