This may be for a number of reasons:
1. The billing address (address, zip code, cardholder name) entered may be different than the billing address on your bank or credit card statement.
2. You may not be using a Visa card, which is the only card type we can accept at this time. If you have a MasterCard, please feel free to place your order on our sister site, www.iamshaman.com
3. You may be using a pre-paid or gift card that has not been registered to your address prior to use.
4. There may be insufficient funds to cover the transaction amount.
5. Your bank may not be allowing the transaction and may be awaiting your authorization.
Please remember that the transaction attempt will appear on your card statement for our ultra-secure credit card processor and not Shaman’s Garden.
