We do our best to keep the stock status of all of our products updated on our website, but due to the large amount of orders we receive each day as well as the sheer number of products we offer, it’s not always possible to do so. Sometimes, before we can put up an “out of stock” notice on the product descriptions, there may be orders that were placed after we ran out of stock of a particular item.
But, if we don’t have something in stock when we go to pack your order, we alert you via e-mail immediately, and also notate the invoice we place in your order as well. If you get an order and there is no notification that a product you’re missing from your order is out of stock, then assume a mistake (though rare) was made, and contact us immediately via phone, e-mail, or Live Chat so we can rectify the situation for you.
Also, since we ship all orders the same day (as long as they are placed before 3:00PM, CST), if you don’t receive an “Order shipped” notification, don’t hesitate to contact us to see the status of your order.
