I’m In Chicago, Can I Pick Up My Order?

We try to say it in big bold letters on our FAQ page and as many places as we can find to plaster it, but we understand that customers still miss it, so here it is:
This is perhaps the MOST COMMON question here at the shop. The answer is no, no, and, well…no. We don’t have a retail storefront, and are working at a mad Shaman Elf pace when we’re at our facilities. Though we treasure our customers and would love to meet every one of them, please don’t offer explanations about how you’re “just around the corner,” how you “absolutely have to have something from our shop by today,” or how how you can easily just “swing by and pick up a simple order and won’t bother us at all”, and so on, because the answer, unfortunately, is still no, with no exceptions, period.
