It’s a Holiday. So Where’s My Package?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived, but we do hope that you are aware that you ordered your package on a holiday and/or during a holiday season. As a result, two things are possible:

1. Shipping companies such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS do not pick up or process packages on the holiday itself, which will result in a delay of your package being forwarded to their destinations that same day or series of days if it’s a weekend.

2. During holiday seasons, even though we pack our orders and drop them off at the shippers the same day our customers place the orders, with so much mail and so many packages going through their systems over the holidays, their delivery schedules get behind, and packages can take longer to arrive at their destinations.

Thank you for your patience, and thank you for understanding. we are sure your package will arrive any day, and all that is required from you is a little patience and understanding.
