If cookies are disabled, every time you put an item in your cart, the previous one will get removed, because your computer has no way of keeping track of each item. Or, you may try to log in and the website keeps returning you to the Login page. Or, menus seem to be taking you to the wrong places…these are all symptoms of cookies being disabled.
In Internet Explorer, simply go to the Tools > Internet Options page, and choose the “Privacy” tab. Choose “Cookies” and then choose your preference…whether to block them, to ask permission, or to allow them.
