We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t yet received your package; however, packages cannot get scanned as Delivered unless they have actually been delivered. The rare times when a package says that it was delivered but the customer didn’t get the package; it has been with a neighbor or sitting at your local Post Office waiting to be picked up. Please look around your building or ask your mail carrier where he/she put the package. If they don’t know, call your local Post Office to see if they have your package as well…they can be lazy, so please make sure they look.
If this was a FedEx package, and it was delivered without you or someone you know signing for the package, it is because FedEx had a “Signature Release” on file. If there is a “Signature Release” on file, and you did not get your package, you are no longer covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, since there is no way to find out where your package ended up. If you want the Signature Release removed from your name and address, you simply need to call FedEx at (800) GO-FEDEX and tell them that you want to require signatures for all packages delivered to you.

We understand your frustration, but please get frustrated at USPS or FedEx and not us; we hold up our end of the deal by shipping all orders same day, as long as they are placed before 3:00PM, CST.
