What Are Your International Shipping Times?

As many times as we wish we did, we don’t have any control over your government, your Postal system, or Customs. Once your package leaves our hands, it’s out of our hands. And Customs has complete control over when the package will actually be delivered to you. We ship extremely discreetly, but Customs can hold packages for as long as they wish…sometimes they get right through and you get your package within a few days, but other times, it can take 10-14 days, even if you choose International Express Shipping, sorry.

On average, International packages take about 5-7 days to get to the customer, but each package is different. It can sometimes take up to 30 days to get to you once it leaves our hands, but if you choose a Registered or Insured option for shipping, you are covered by our 100% Delivery Guarantee which you can find the details of here:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please remember that if you chose the less expensive shipping option, that you will have no way of tracking your package. Also, even if you chose a Registered/Insured option for many international destinations, you may get a “VE” number. This is NOT a Tracking Number; it’s simply an Insurance Number that gives us proof of delivery and lets us file a claim if the package is lost. If you try to enter it into www.usps.com and they say it’s invalid, it’s not actually invalid; you just can’t TRACK your package using that system.

We rarely have packages lost in the mail, and rarely does Customs stop or refuse any of our packages, so it simply takes patience. If after 4 weeks you don’t receive your package, though, if you chose the Registered/Insured option, you’re covered.
