We know it can be easy to get anxious when awaiting a package from a new company or any internet company, for that matter. We process orders received before 3:00PM, CST the same day, and orders placed after 3:00PM, CST the following day, and alert you every step of the way. You can log onto your account at any time and see exactly what the status of your order is. On top of that, we also send out a series of e-mails that also alert you to the exact status of your order. This is how those happen:
1. First, when you place your order, you will receive an immediate confirmation from “sales at shamansgarden dot com” or “shopkeeper at shamansgarden dot com”.
2. Once the order is being processed by one of our Order Fulfillment personnel, you will receive a 2nd notification that your order is being processed.
3. Then, once your order is actually filled, with the postage and label affixed, you will get a 3rd e-mail with your Delivery Confirmation or Tracking information.
If any of those e-mails do not appear (the 1st one will appear soon after you place your order), please check your Spam filter settings and/or your Junk Mail folder, or make sure that you entered your e-mail address correctly. We ship out hundreds of orders per day, and have yet to slip on sending your order receipt out.
You may also want to check your e-mail for an “Order Problem” e-mail from us, which automatically gets sent out if your credit card was declined, or if there are other anomalies in your order that need verification.

Rest assured that we have never lost an order or a package in our system, so if your credit card wasn’t declined, and everything was verified on your order, it will ship same day.
