Will I Have to Sign for My Package?

PRIORITY MAIL: Any Priority Mail package sent within the United States will NOT require a signature. They are sent with Delivery Confirmation only, which only provides evidence that the package was actually delivered. Signature confirmation is not presently available for Priority Mail packages from our shop.

FEDEX: All FedEx packages, whether they are Express or Ground, require a signature, UNLESS you have a signature release on file with FedEx. The only catch, is that if you decide to put a signature one file with FedEx, it makes out 100% Satisfaction Guarantee null and void. Unless we can track that a package was signed for and delivered to you through FedEx, we can’t re-ship any lost or misdirected FedEx packages.

INTERNATIONAL: Any Air Mail or Global Priority packages do NOT require a signature, but Registered and Insured packages DO require one. Packages that are sent internationally and are NOT sent using the Registered or Insured option, are not covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Canada is considered an International Destination, but we typically use International Global Priority and International Global Express when shipping to Canada, which is why it’s combined with the USA Shipping options upon checkout.
