You Changed My Shipping Method!

We are sorry that you are concerned about the shipping method we chose for you, and we are happy to have you as a loyal customer, but we do try to state our shipping policies as clearly as we can in multiple places on the website. This includes a statement that you digitally signed, as well as a final reminder when you are choosing your shipping option on the order form, which indicated that you understood and agreed to our shipping policies.

An important aspect of this policy states this: “Priority Mail gets you your order 1-4 days after you place your order, depending on your location, and heavier order will automatically switch to FedEx Ground unless you specifically request Priority and agree to additional shipping charges.

And then, the one we put in big bold letters in several places: “PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME ORDERS MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES OR REQUIRE A CHANGE OF SHIPPING CARRIER, ESPECIALLY INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND HEAVIER ORDERS. KNOW THAT WE NEVER CHARGE MORE THAN ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS, BUT SOME COUNTRIES CAN COST A LOT TO SHIP TO. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES, BUT NOT CHANGES OF CARRIER. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER $100.00 MUST GO INSURED!”

So, we’re sorry that you did not see these. As a future help to you, if you want Priority Mail regardless of the cost, you simply have to state that in the “Additional Notes” section of your order. Or, you can simply state; “I need this package by the weekend.” – Then we would call and offer your options to you.
